Hey babes! Not quite a match? We got you!

Please help us with our efforts to be a greener company by sending back returns or exchanges unwashed, unworn, with their original tags in order, and within 15 days of the package being delivered to receive your full store credit.

Shipment charges will not be included in the credited amount.

Due to our low inventory, any items being exchanged for a different size may not be honored as the item may no longer be available. If this event were to happen, we will gladly credit you store credit so that you are able to find another item.

Please allow us 5-7 business days of receiving your return for the store credit to reflect on your account.

For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for swimwear, bodysuits, and/or accessories.

Email return@heysamy.com with your order number and reason for your return and we will be in touch with you as to how we can proceed on the next step!

For any issues with orders, we are able to refund you store credit only.

Samy Coin is our store's name for store credit. You can be awarded this through giveaways and when you make a return! It can be used to make purchases.

We are a small team and we are working tirelessly to make sure everything is correct. Please allow 3-5 business days of us receiving the returned package for us to process the item and for the funds to reflect your account.

No worries! You can ship your items back in any non-see through/transparent packaging.
